Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position should have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Responsibility to receive and register documents for data entry to ensure proper organization and management of information.
  • Capability to enter data in the format specified to ensure proper accuracy and consistency of information.
  • Ability to transfer data between software applications to ensure proper management and organization of information.
  • Responsibility to verify the accuracy and completeness of the data to ensure proper precision and quality of work.
  • Capability to store, update, and maintain databases to ensure proper organization and accessibility of information.
  • Expectation to carry out backup procedures to ensure proper security and safety of information.
  • Requirement to perform general office duties to ensure proper management and efficiency of the workplace.
  • Capability to classify, label, and store data diskettes/disks and tapes to ensure proper organization and accessibility of information.
  • Responsibility to use a scanner to create digital records to ensure proper management and accessibility of information.
  • Ability to transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents to ensure proper accuracy and consistency of information.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
